Alex held our hands through the entire selling process, from advising us on key features of what sells in our area to recommending tradesmen for second opinions to telling us when to stop with the upgrades! After only 5 days on the market, he sold our home for above asking price in what is now considered a aEURoebuyers market.aEUR? His communication skills are stellar: prompt, factual, and when he doesnt know something, he finds it out. We didnt feel pushed or rushed by Alex, as one might find with other Realtors. We met our personal deadline to get it on the market largely due to Alex efforts and connections. We are so thankful we engaged Alex!

Kathy Rivera is a 1000/10 she is truly good at what she does. We were buying during a very challenging market time during Covid and her knowledge and expertise helped us secure a great deal in 2020. Forward to 2026 we decided to sell our home and Kathy helped us so much, we received offers so fast and so was the transaction. Not even 2 weeks later she showed us some potential homes and little did we know that we found our dream home that we really wanted, and Kathy helped us get this home and make it a reality. She is extremely smart, strategic, and always stayed ahead of game. She is just so amazing and she cares so much for her clients and advocates for whats best for you. We always felt supported and informed. I highly recommend Kathy to anyone looking for a realtor who is knowledgeable, dedicated, and genuinely cares about their clients.aEUR? -Sabrina Casteel

Kathy was the best decision we made when selecting an agent to sell our condo. She walked us through our options, suggested ways to improve our listing, and recommended outstanding contractors to address minor issues with our place. In addition, she has helped with several purchases over the past few years, and we will continue to use her. Do yourself a favor and use Kathy for your real estate needs.
