Watkins Real Estate Associates

Never thought in a million years that I could find such dedicated realtor - Too bad there arent higher grading than above. In well over 8 months of dedicated search I dont have any recollection of an unanswered phone call or text message. Every single one of my high demands was met the entire time. If you know exactly what you want and are looking for someone willing to meet those wants with no deviation then Shane is the right address for you. Even after we closed Shane has remained the only address available to me or that I prefer to contact for all questions including those pertaining to brokerage, warranties, HOA setup, titling, etc. She even helps finding contractors.
