Sylvia was just the agent I needed. She was very sensitive to my situation all the while being very professional. She went over and beyond in a number of ways in helping me ready the house for sale since I live out of town. Of special note, she had a shadow box made of a message written on a chalkboard wall in the house by my now deceased daughter to my 3 yr old granddaughter. True compassion. I wish I could give her more than 5 stars.

Sylvia was amazing from start to finish! I had been working with her, unfortunately for a year, due to some family health setbacks. Even though I had to put things on hold with her for quite some time, she still was reaching out occasionally asking about my family and sending me properties to look at, reassuring me that she would be there for me whenever I was ready! When we went to look at properties, Sylvia was asking all of the right questions and giving us advice at each location. Once we found the house we wanted, she negotiated and again guided us through the process. She even went over all of our documents with us and reached out to her contacts to make sure we were getting the best rates and credits available. She then did both walk-throughs while we were out of state and again, stayed in constant communication with us. It was so comforting to know she was in SC making sure everything was perfect before the closing, while we remained out-of-state. I would HIGHLY recommend using Sylvia for all of your real estate needs! She is now a part of our family and we can't thank her enough for all of the hard work and dedication she put in to making this happen!!
