Shane was excellent to work with throughout our purchase of a fourplex in Redding. He was responsive, knowledgeable about the local market, and helped us navigate the transaction smoothly from offer through closing. He was especially helpful during negotiations, due diligence, and coordination with the various parties involved. We appreciated his practical advice, availability, and straightforward communication throughout the process. I would definitely recommend Shane to anyone buying investment property in the Redding area.

Justin was great to work with. He helped us sell our home in a challenging buyers market, with a successful outcome. I would recommend Justin to anyone.

Justin was so easy to work with. He is very knowledgeable and guided me through the process of selling my house with patience and ease. Whenever I reached out with another crazy question he responded right away and was always positive and reassuring. I highly recommend Justin as an agent and wouldnt hesitate to work with him again.

Shane was amazing to work with. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and pulled out all the stops when we found the house! We couldnt have worked with a better realtor. Shane cares about his clients, and pays attention to all the details. He even negotiated some major things for our new home, and secured us a two year home warranty. When the day comes for us to do this again, we will use Shane!

We had a wonderful experience working with Justin! He was professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and truly went above and beyond to make the entire process smooth and stress-free especially since we are young first time home buyers. He listened to our needs, kept us informed every step of the way, and always had our best interests in mind. We really appreciated his dedication, patience, and attention to detail. We highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!
