Working with Mr. Pasillas was an amazing experience from start to finish. As a first time homebuyer, I had a lot of questions and concerns, but they were incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and supportive throughout the entire process.Their professionalism, responsiveness, and dedication made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and manageable. Thanks to their hard work, I was able to find a home that I truly love. I couldnt be happier with the service I received and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a home.

Duy did a great job! He worked on selling my mom's home beyond what was expected of a realtor. He sets the bar to a new level. My mom had to sell her house within a required period of time. When Duy was contacted he assured that he would be able to have the home sold in the period of time that my mom needed to have closed. Duy placed the home on the market and was able to find a buyer and close within less than a month and a half. He took care of my mom's place like it was his home. If ever we are in the market to sell or buy a home we would come back to Duy to work with him again. Thank you, Duy for taking care of my mom through the whole process. He has made our selling experience a pleasure.

Carlos was very communicative and responded quickly to everyone questions. I also thought he had good insights on the locations. Overall I would say this was a very positive experience and would definitely recommend for any future inquires regarding properties or simple questions.

Duy is great to work with and very knowledgeable. He responded to any inquiries we had promptly and on our timeline. He negotiated in good faith which resulted in a successful purchase. Highly recommended!
