Waterfront Properties and Club Communities

My husband & I had the pleasure to work with Crystal Condit as part of the Condit Team with Waterfront Properties Jupiter FL. Both Crystal and her husband Steve are AMAZING. We closed on our condo property in record time with no concerns what so ever. They even located a dock at our condo complex that we purchased back in May 2019. Since that time they have continued to provide us with local knowledge and guidance relating to upgrades we are in the process of making on our condo. Both Steve & Crystal have been an endless source recommendations of reputable vendors who are bonded & insured along with guaranteeing their work all of which gives us a tremendous piece of mind. Being new to the Juno Beach area had provided us with challenges which were quickly eliminated with the continued support from the Condit Team. We have managed many real estate transactions in the New England area and have never experienced the professionalism and drive that Steve & Crystal have brought to us both before, during and AFTER THE SALE. We anticipate one more real estate transaction and wouldn?t consider using anyone else to source for our future market needs.

I am very happy to recommend Liz as a very good real estate professional. My husband and I worked with Liz over the course of several years while searching for a vacation home from out of state, and we could not have asked for a better realtor. Our search was not straightforward. Due to changing circumstances, we had to put our home search on hold for a period of time. Even during that pause, Liz never forgot about us! She would occasionally check in, stay in touch, send me a holiday greeting, and let us know she was available whenever we were ready to resume our search. When we were finally able to begin looking seriously again, Liz was always responsive and dedicated. She regularly sent us listings that matched what we were looking for, but she also shared properties outside our original criteria when she thought they might be worth considering. Liz helped us explore possibilities we might not have considered on our own. Throughout the process, Liz was professional, patient, knowledgeable, and pleasant to work with. Buying a home from another state can be challenging, but she made the experience much easier by staying organized, communicating clearly, and keeping us informed every step of the way. When it finally came time for our long distance closing on our condo, Liz did an excellent job managing the details and ensuring everything stayed on track. We are grateful for Liz's guidance, patience, and good service. We would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. She is a dedicated, pleasant realtor who puts her clients first. Sincerely, the Rupert's

Without hesitation, I would recommend Crystal Condit to anyone who is looking to purchase or buy a property and/or manage a rental. She is a consummate professional who really cares and delivers on everything she promises. My condo purchase on Singer Island has been an exceptional experience and a very positive one, even from such a distance. ? Crystal has represented me and my best interests throughout my purchase. She has been my advocate during my search and purchase, has always been accessible and responsive, and proactively managed details and situations that I didn?t even consider as part of the process. ? She is very knowledgeable as a broker and is not afraid to delve into the nitty gritty details and the legality of things to help me better understand contract language, mortgage details and other specifics that matter in the purchase of a property. ? She has worked in close partnership and very well with the listing agents to navigate between the buyer and me and has made sure of a smooth transition from previous renter to new renter. ? She has offered a network of really solid experts to assist me with my mortgage, inspection, appraisal, insurance, legal considerations, repairs and other needs that weren?t always anticipated. ? Crystal is pleasant, kind, a strong communicator, and always poised and ready for the next step.

Liz is an incredible agent. She was proactive and willing to collaborate closely with the marketing department to ensure our condo in Jupiter Cove received the necessary exposure to sell. She ran several open houses and networked with other realtors. Liz made herself available to speak with us whenever we requested. We have bought and sold many properties, and to say Liz stands out from the crowd of real estate agents is an understatement. Thank you Liz.
