My husband and I met Sandi during a very complicated tenant problem that lasted from March of 2014 to March of 2015. She was ultra helpful and patient as these people held over after eviction, and we kept trying to let her line someone new up for our apartment. She is more than just an agent, she is also a real estate attorney, and was able to reassure us through a horrifically long procedure in getting these people evicted. She remained upbeat and hopeful at times when we were overwhelmed with what seemed like forever in evicting these people. We have never experienced anything like this in our 30 years of being landlords, and hope to never again go through such a painful process. We owe a debt of gratitude to Sandi.
