Debbie Austin was a realtor with Walker Real Estate for selling our home. We purchased the home when we were stationed at Fort Leonard Wood and now live in Kentucky. We have rented it out for several years, but it was time to sell. Debbie took care of everything. All the paperwork, all the processes, handling a non-compliant property management company (also affiliated with Walker) that failed to complete some actions. She was a life-saver who really cares about taking care of her clients.

I have been a part of the Walker family for over six years. Their property management team has been responsible for the day-to-day dealings of my investment property since we put it on the market in 2013. The house has never sat vacant in between tenants. I could not have been more pleased with their customer service and care over the years. When it came time to sell the property, I could think of no better agency to handle this process than Walker Real Estate. From when we put it on the market through closing was just over 10 weeks. As a first-time home seller, I had a lot of questions and concerns. Christy, Stephanie, and the whole team were responsive and quickly answered all of my questions and concerns. I would highly recommend them to any homeowner in the area who is looking to rent or sell their house.

The Walker team far exceeded our expectations. They worked tirelessly throughout the process, even during the Covid pandemic, their communication was excellent, they established a very good relationship with all the parties involved, & kept us up-to-date every step of the way. What could have been an overwhelming & stressful process preceded seamlessly & effortlessly on our end. A special Thank you to our agent Christy Cooper for her hard work, dedication, & commitment to selling our home.

My experience with Walker Realty and especially with Debbie Austin was professional and painless. I have sold homes before and never have I had such a smooth and stress free process. I would always recommend Walker Realty to my friends and family. Thank you for all you did.
