Words cannot even begin to describe the over and beyond realtor that Andrew is. My husband and I worked with a realtor before we met Andrew, long story short she did not treat us like Andrew did. We are first time home buyers and everything is a bit intimidating. Andrew spends as much time as you need explaining everything in as much detail as you need to understand. He fights tooth and nail for his clients to get the best deal possible. He made the entire process tremendously easy and never let us settle for anything less than we deserve. He also was wonderfully accepting of the abundance of daily text messages I sent him when I had questions. While everyone else we tried before Andrew felt like a shark, Andrew felt like a friend there to guide us. I have recommended him to every and any friend that has decided to buy a new home. my husband and I had Andrew as our agent, after 6 months on the market with another agency without even 1 bid! In days we had our first bid! and that one fell thru but we had another within a week and that one ending up being the one that bought!! Andrew was not only professional and courteous always but was very prompt with getting back with us and always had encouraging words for us. Several times he gave us advice that would make his fee less and that was quite impressive he obviously wasn't trying to get every single dollar he could get! It truly was a pleasure working with him and we really enjoyed he and his wife, they are a great team!!
