Wainwright & Co Realtors

My husband and I wouldnt have moved from Dallas to VA if it werent for Alysias help with finding us our first home. She walked through the house and FaceTimed us so we can be apart of the walk through. She knew what we wanted and helped us with the negotiation process and so forth.

Alysia was a pleasure to work with. She listen to my needs. During the whole process of looking for a house, completion of sale she was very involved. Very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I would definitely recommend her

We couldnt have prayed for a better Realtor! Alysia is flexible, honest, incredibly knowledgeable, and was wonderful at working my husband and I, as we had vastly different design styles. She found us a diamond in the rough in a beautiful neighborhood. We can not recommend her enough.

Alysia was very knowledgeable and kept me up to date on the process. I recommend her to everyone. Those that know what they are looking for and those that are unsure. Alysia will help you find your starter home or that forever home that you will enjoy and truly be happy in.
