Wagner Realty

Vicki listens! As new buyers for the Bradenton area, we are over the moon with our new home. All Realtors use MLS, but when your Realtor tells you about a 'lead' on a house - that fits a long list of criteria of what you've been looking for, for months..you're working with someone special and with Lydna Melnick's partnership - we found THE house and made an offer on the spot, even before it was listed! Thank you Vicki and Lynda!

Lynda and Vicki are great and helped us find the perfect home! We traveled from out of town to me Vicki, our realtor who works with Lynda. Vicki helped us narrow our search, timely and a way available to answer questions. She made a it seam easy and provided us this all data we requested.Thank you!

This was our first time working with Vicki Eddings and we found her to be a very competent real estate agent. She was professional, accessible, attentive and very competent and knowledgeable about the area we were looking to purchase our new home in. She went above and beyond to solve any issues that came up. My husband and I would not hesitate to refer her to family and friends. Thank you Vicky for a great experience!

Vicki Eddings helped my husband and I find a home. She was very helpful and always eager and knowledgeable about the areas. Unfortunately our plans have changed but we will be back looking soon and will definitely contact Vicki.

Lynda and her team including Sherry and especially Vicki were very helpful in helping us find a home within our budget and that fit our needs. Questions were all answered in a timely manner as well. We would highly recommend them to anyone and will keep them in mind for any possible future needs.
