She not only helped us through the entire purchase process of a new home but also stepped in to help us when were werent getting answers regarding the sale of our previous home. We hit a lot of major road blocks along the way because it was an unusual sale, but Melissa was able to dial every single thing and made it look seamless. She treat you like a member of the family and goes above and beyond in all things.
