W Real Estate

Words cannot describe how grateful and blessed I am to have had Edwin as my realtor. From assisting me with the financial side, to helping me with issues from the seller to having his wonderful dad come in to repair damages to the hardwood floors, all the while being super supportive, responsive and calm, Edwin went above and beyond to make the purchase of my dream home possible. Ill be forever grateful and thankful for his help!

Edwin Gomez was our real estate agent when we were looking to buy a home in the Santa Rosa area, and we cannot recommend him highly enough. Then, when we decided to look in the East Bay area, he researched many homes for us in Oakland, Hayward, Union City and Fremont. He was always available to answer questions and contact sellers agents, responding within minutes to all our phone and text inquiries. In addition to his professionalism, his affable and open manner made it a pleasure to work with him. We never felt hurried or pressured to make decisions before we were ready. When we did find the perfect home and entered negotiations with the seller, he worked hard to secure the most favorable terms for us. Were now enjoying our new home in Hayward, thanks in large part to Edwins invaluable help. This was the best real estate experience we have ever had.

Edwin is the best! He was born and raised in the area, and knows the local market extremely well. He's a great balance of knowledgable and provides guidance, while truly respectful of your preferences + decisions. Edwin toured about 8 properties with me, and helped me navigate my first home purchase experience. It is very clear that people respect and enjoy working with him in the industry-- he has a great reputation. Edwin's a real gem and anyone would be lucky to have him as a realtor!

Edwin did an amazing job helping us find our dream home. Great communication and very helpful throughout the entire process. We highly recommend Edwin!
