W Real Estate

David and Jonathan were without a doubt the best team to work with in searching and ultimately finding a fantastic home in Healdsburg. Their local knowledge, responsiveness coupled with a no pressure approach to real estate made the experience best in class.

David recently represented us when purchasing a home in Healdsburg. From first engaging David to close of escrow, we were impressed both by his specific knowledge of the area and with his understanding of California's changing real estate market. Our interests and concerns were addressed swiftly and effectively through negotiations and subsequent purchase. We would have no reservations in recommending him.

We had a great experience with David. His wealth of local knowledge surfaced a property for us that we wouldn't have considered otherwise. We ended up purchasing that property in a seamless transaction. We appreciated the way he combined an analytical approach with his intrinsic knowledge of the area and the market. He also nailed our offer price and we were able to land the property in a multiple offer scenario.

David did an amazing job helping us find our dream vacation home in Sonoma. I would highly recommend him to everyone. He really knows his stuff, very patient and very thorough working with us for months and showing us multiple properties. He really is the best!

I worked with David and Jonathan and they are outstanding real estate professionals. They helped me understand the Sonoma County market very quickly given I was on a tight timeline to make an investment, identified suitable properties, understand potential costs associated with properties, and ultimately negotiate an attractive purchase price. They are the leaders in Sonoma County for a reason. Highly recommend this outstanding team!
