Annie responded right away to my inquiry on Zillow. She persisted when we did not respond to her call-back (phone was off). She demonstrated intimate knowledge of the process of buying cheap houses that need a lot of TLC and encouraged us to do a drive-by (walk around). We are parents of an adult son who wants to relocate to New England so we are the feet on the ground right now and Annie understood that perfectly. We did not negotiate so I can't speak to negotiation skills.

Annie answered all my questions about the property and was available to show the property in a timely manner. Annie also provided listings of other properties in my budget.

We recently had the pleasure of working with Annie when looking for our dream home. Annie was extremely responsive and had great suggestions for homes to view based on what we was looking for, we gave her our wanted items in a home. All throughout the negotiations and closing Annie was there quickly handling any issues, answering our questions and helping us through this stressful process. If the time ever comes when I will be looking for a new home or selling our rentals, there isn't any question on who my Realtor will be!

My husband and I recently purchased a home, and with the help of Annie it was easy. For months she would conduct multiple showings a week, until we finally found the right house. (Usually on a Sunday due to our work schedules and for her that was no problem.) Once we found the home that we wanted, she was willing to help us negotiate on price so we could reach a price that we were comfortable with, and advised us through that whole process. If we ever need to sell or buy again we will be using Annie. We highly recommend!

Annie was amazing! The first day I reached out she got back to me right away. She is very knowledgeable about every house we asked about and was able to show us houses very quickly. She has a bright and cheerful personality! I would highly recommend if you are looking for someone who is not only super friendly but also very knowledgeable in what she is doing.
