Annie was rude, abrupt and unprofessional. Annie answered my transferred phone call and our phone call was disconnected. Annie did not call me back. And when I called Annie back, she did not answer her phone and her voice mail was full. I had never spoken to Annie before. I asked Annie questions about a specific property. Annie said, "do you want to schedule an appointment to look at the property? " "That's what people do" I called and requested a different realtor. The next realtor explained that the owner was selling their home and that their phone number was at the bottom of their listing. I called the owner and asked them questions about their home. I do not recommend Annie Thackston. There are so many other realtors who are professional, courteous and provide excellent customer service. All the Best, Nora Zehnder, MBA and Dr. Michael Zehnder
