Randy is an astonishing realtor. My husband and I were first time homebuyers and he provided the guidance and expertise we needed. We came with a long list of wants for our new home (I called it the "List of Demands") that he took and ran with. He exuded patience and confidence in finding us exactly what we wanted, knowing the right house would come along when it was meant to. Randy was extremely responsive, at all hours of the day, to our questions and messages. He accommodated our last minute requests of tours and worked with our schedules extremely well. He listened to us and cared that we found the right home. Randy is not concerned with making a quick find to get someone into a house, he is concerned with spending the time to make sure you find the right home. Every house looked at was another lesson learned on what needed to be honed in on and adjusted in our search. Randy paid very close attention to those lessons. After almost 4 months of searching we found the right home and it checked off everything on the list. Katelyn was hands-down the best person I could have chosen to help me through this process. As a first-time home-buyer in a sellers market (and as a person who aEUR" admittedly aEUR" can be a little picky), there were times when the stress made me feel like giving up. Luckily, I could depend on Katelyn to remind me of my aEUR~why and talk me off the ledge. She knew she could get me into a home that met my criteria and was within my budget when I didnt think it was possible. To prove it, she showed me over 60 homes before it was all said and done. In addition to being persistent, she was consistent, always available to answer questions or address my concerns. The enthusiasm and attentiveness she demonstrated at the beginning of this journey stayed the same all the way through (and it was a LONG journey). She went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service, from accommodating my unusual work schedule to being present for my needs even after the purchase was complete. On top of all of that, she negotiated a killer deal in a very tough market, and even got me money towards the closing costs. Now I have a home in a great neighborhood and an excellent school district aEUR" I'm looking forward to the future here. To sum it up, Katelyn was professional, committed, and down-to-earth.
