ZillowVERIFIED Introduced to Tom through Zillow when when originally bought our house 3 years ago. Had a great experience with him then so of course we went back to him when we sold the same house a few years later. Service it top notch, during our sell we had some pretty big items/repairs that needed to be address, Tom was knowledgeable and very helpful guiding us in the right direction from start to finish. He followed up with contractors for us and stayed on top of everything. Also, on the way to our pre-closing sign in g our car broke down, we had our 8 month old with us and no AC. After being stuck on the side of the road for an hour waiting on a tow truck I realized that we weren?t going to make the signing. I called Tom so he could let the title company know. When he heard what was going on without question he jumped in his car to come help. He drove my wife and daughter back to our house so that she could pick up my truck and come get me. He did this without asking. I?m telling you this so you know if you choose to use Tom he is someone who who truly cares about his clients and will go above and beyond for you and your family.

ZillowVERIFIED We found Tom Harrison on Zillow in the beginning stages of looking for a home to purchase. Tom offered to take us to see a few homes, but none were correct. We did find a home and made an offer, but the home sold for way above asking price. We felt discouraged, but Tom helped us continue our search. We continued looking at homes, and then we found it. We did put a contract in on a home, and it was accepted. The process of inspections was complicated, but Tom was by our side the whole way. On 08/21/2020 we closed on the home, and have moved in. Tom Harrison was an agent that I cant say enough about. His attentiveness and non pushy sales approach was what stands out in the highest levels of customer satisfaction. My wife and I would highly recommend Tom as a real estate agent!!!

About a month into my search my plans had changed and Tom once again accommodated my needs. He worked with my schedule and pointed out houses he thought I would like. Tom was always professional and even helped to put me in touch with a wonderful lender, after mine was taking forever to process my application. Any questions I had (first time buyer) he answered quickly. Some small hiccups came towards closing day and I felt like Tom really heard my concerns. My wife wasnt sure about selling our house and us finding a new one in Hampstead but Tim set her mind at ease and it happened. Now we are in our dream home. I give Tom all the credit for the sale of our old house and the purchase of our new one. Without Tom and his team I doubt it would have happened the way it did. Our house sold for more than 20k than I expected and he helped us negotiate a good deal for our dream home. He was patient in our extensive search for that home but he really wanted us to be totally happy with our new house. We could call him or text at anytime and he would answer right away.
