Tom is phenomenal. he was very familiar with the area helped us in many ways told us the steps. he ask what I am looking for in my home I told him we look at to homes and I was sold on the 2nd one we looked at. he has been great though it all answers all my questions quickly and he don't know something he finds and and get back to very fast. Introduced to Tom through Zillow when when originally bought our house 3 years ago. Had a great experience with him then so of course we went back to him when we sold the same house a few years later. Service it top notch, during our sell we had some pretty big items/repairs that needed to be address, Tom was knowledgeable and very helpful guiding us in the right direction from start to finish. He followed up with contractors for us and stayed on top of everything. Also, on the way to our pre-closing sign in g our car broke down, we had our 8 month old with us and no AC. After being stuck on the side of the road for an hour waiting on a tow truck I realized that we weren?t going to make the signing. I called Tom so he could let the title company know. When he heard what was going on without question he jumped in his car to come help. He drove my wife and daughter back to our house so that she could pick up my truck and come get me. He did this without asking. I?m telling you this so you know if you choose to use Tom he is someone who who truly cares about his clients and will go above and beyond for you and your family.

I have bought and sold several homes in the past 35 years. I would have to say that Tom Harrison is the hardest working Realtor that I have ever worked with. Tom even took care of a little general maintenance on the unoccupied property that he sold for me. He frequently communicated with me regarding sales strategy, then negotiations and closing.
