Kevin Apple Sr. is wonderful to work with. As a buyer, I was not interested in a high pressure realtor and wanted to take my time looking at properties that would work for my circumstances. I will eventually be downsizing and was interested in a small house or condo that I could rent out until I'm ready for the transition to a smaller place. We looked at many houses and condos in the area for several months. Kevin listened and took the time to understand my likes and dislikes in the type of property I was looking for and why and gave creative input on how some of them may work for me. He was always very patient and responsive to questions and requests. He also suggested properties as they came on the market that would fit my criteria in addition to those I found on line and asked to tour. Kevin was very patient and helpful from the beginning of the process to the end. He gave me confidence knowing he would follow through and provide assistance! I consider myself to be a fussy personaEUR|definitely aEURoeold schoolaEUR? and I would gladly highly recommend Kevin to any friend in need of an agent! Thank you Kevin!
