I contacted Bobby a couple years ago when I was looking to buy a house, and I'm so glad I did. Buying from long-distance has some challenges of its own beyond a normal purchase, and Bobby was extremely helpful, always available (I'm not sure if he actually sleeps), and patient. He went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I was looking for, including video/facetime walkthroughs. If I ever had any questions, he would either text me back or call to walk me through the next steps. His knowledge of the area was great, and you just know by the way he speaks that he really has your best interest in mind.When it came time to sell my house, there wasn't even a question who I would use. Bobby did the market research, put together a video explaining that research, and advised me on things I could do to get the best value for the house. Once again he explained the whole process, and based on his knowledge it's clear that he's done this at a high level for a long time. He was also up front and honest about some of the potential hurdles/difficulties that sellers may encounter during the process, and even though we were fortunate enough to have things go smoothly (and quickly) I really appreciated having the information so I could be prepared. There is a lot that goes on from early discussions to listing to being under contract to actually closing, and the team made it all really easy for me. Exceptional job front to back.In short, Bobby and Lindsey are truly the best! I won't hesitate to call them for my next purchase.
