Where can I even start. Thank you is not enough for what Daniela has done for me and my husband. Daniela was persistent with her efforts in selling our home. She provided her time and energy to get our home into the shape it needed to be for buyers to look at our home in another view. The way she pays attention to details and what catches the buyers eyes is amazing. She takes time to greet all the clients and answers all their questions and takes COVID procedures very seriously. After my wife and I found our dream home, we decided to make an offer price based on the listing price (which we found out later was well above what it sold for). A friend of mines referred us to Robert and had him submit the offer on our behalf going against what he thought was a reasonable initial offer. After a few days, the seller accepted our offer without countering. Robert immediately told us the seller most likely did not have many (if any) competitive offers. We instantly felt buyers remorse and Robert continued to advise us on how we can buy the house at a lower price than we initially offered (at the end, we saved $22,500 with Roberts guidance). Since there was a number of disagreements with the unreasonable seller that almost had both parties walk away, Robert was generous enough to use $8,000 from his commission to settle the difference. Who does that? I cant thank Robert enough for helping my wife and I buy our forever home and saving us tens of thousands of dollars.
