Charlotte Volsch is impressive - intelligent, reliable, and professional. I met her about five years ago in an exercise class. For several days each week, year after year, I have observed her dedication to health. As our friendship has grown, I've had opportunity to read a couple of books she has written - one in particular dealt with the CA probate process. When 2020 hit my life with an unexpected tragedy, probate law was the last thing on my mind. At that point, it was all I could do to pull myself out of bed. I called Charlotte, and it was as if an angel had descended. She knew exactly what to do to lead me through this process and protect me from unnecessary costs and delays. A task that seemed so formidable was made so much easier with Charlotte's guidance. This woman knows what she is doing. She is articulate, calm, and knowledgeable. My worries from 2020 are over, and I will be forever grateful to Charlotte Volsch for leading me safely through this journey.

Mrs. Charlotte Volsch knocked it out of the park. Charlotte was on top of everything, explained in such detail that my wife and myself didn't worry about a thing. If we had a question Charlotte had the answer in no time. My wife and myself are very thankful for a very professional realtor, thank you Mrs. Charlotte Volsch

We were ready to start looking for our first home, we were pretty intimidated by the process but once we connected with Charlotte she made it stress-free and very exciting! She made sure we were comfortable throughout the entire process and understood everything at each step. She was very informative and made sure she kept us updated during escrow and what to expect. She advocated for us at any point when the escrow company made a mistake. She and her office always made us feel so welcome and a part of the family. Even months after we closed escrow and moved into our home she still checks up on us, she makes us feel important and more than just a client. Thank you for everything you do Volsch team!!

I live in Texas and needed a California probate real estate agent. After receiving mail solicitation from numerous sources, I researched Charlotte on the internet. She has multiple YouTube videos that explain vital circumstances for selling a home that is going through probate. I called and left a detailed message with her call taker informing them of my circumstances. Within minutes Charlotte called me back directly. My first contact with Charlotte was assuring! Her knowledge of the CA probate estate process and her understanding guidance was Godsent!!! She helped me proceed throughout this difficult transition. She treated me with nurturing direction as she clearly understands and has empathy for my loss as well as my responsibility of properly putting my loved ones affairs in order! I didnt know what to expect having never dealt with any probate matters, as well as living in another state! Losing a loved one is hurtful and exhausting both mentally and financially! There is a lot of stress and always wondering if youre doing the right thing. Charlotte immediately aided the real estate side of my worries/stress all the while explaining step-by-step how the process works. She is extremely knowledgeable and fantastic with communication every step of the way. She has super-exceeded all my expectations. She made me feel as if I was her only client and my worries were her worries! Charlotte knows the Industry, shes an absolute gem to the industry and no doubt will keep her clients best interest at the forefront! Thanks a million times over for your guidance Charlotte!!!
