We worked with Francesca on a home search where our criteria changed almost daily, and she never lost patience with us. She knows the area extremely well, including up-and-coming neighborhoods where we could get a good deal, and she was upfront about the tradeoffs in those areas rather than just selling us on them. She was comfortable going along with our shifting priorities but also pushed back when she needed more clarity from us to actually find something we'd be happy with. She was consistently responsive, usually replying within a couple of hours. On top of all that, she was genuinely easy to work with--super professional but also really fun. We'd recommend her to anyone looking to buy in the area.

We couldnt have asked for a better experience with Francesca! Ive known Francesca since high school, so it was especially meaningful to have someone I already trusted help us through such an important process. She was incredibly professional, attentive, and knowledgeable from start to finish. Francesca was always available when we had questions and made us feel confident throughout the entire process. She helped us navigate a competitive market, put together a strong offer, and ultimately helped us close on the house we really wanted. She was always in our corner and made what could have been a stressful experience feel much more manageable. Were so grateful for all of Francescas hard work and guidance, and we would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

Rachel's local knowledge and expertise is unmatched. She is diligent and moves quickly. I truly felt she understood my needs during the home buying process and I trusted her advise and recommendations. She is great to work with on a personal and professional level. Francesca is a great resource. I moved to Scarborough, Maine from out of state. She is very knowledgeable about the area, knew what houses and condos I wanted to look after sending an initial list, and scheduled showings to meet my needs. I would recommend Frascesca to any of my family members or friends.
