Ashok is the best you can ask for. He helps in buying your dream house with the most positive attitude and goes 10 extra miles to make sure you are satisfied. You can blindly trust his words as he only does the best for you. He supports you through out the process but also makes sure you are settled in.

We couldn't have asked for a better realtor than Mr. Ashok Patel! We were first time home-buyers and especially considering how the market has been over the last few months, we barely knew how to start with the daunting process. Mr. Patel held our hand through the entire process right from looking for house to finally landing our dream home. He was patient throughout the entire process and pointed out things in homes we wouldn't have known to look for which was extremely helpful and above and beyond his duties! He was never pushy or aggressive and gave us our time and space to make our own decision, always providing us details to make it an informed decision. He made it a point to let us know both the pros and cons for each home we viewed even if we liked it from the get-go. He cares as much as you do that you land the right home. We highly, highly recommend him and when the time comes, we won't hesitate to use his services again.

Ashok was our agent for over 3yr while we evolved from looking for a cheap condo, through townhouse and finally to a single family home -- with long breaks as life demanded. After 3yrs he is more like a friend than an agent. He is very friendly, even our little toddler son loves him. He worked with us very patiently while we ourselves were figuring our taste and needs. He tells you the truth, he doesn't rush you into selling something. He is very professional and very responsive. When our home came through finally, it had to be closed on a rush due to seller requirements. Our family was going through the cold and flu season, and Ashok pretty much handled everything except the signature part. He is an awesome agent and I totally recommend him!

This was our First Home Buying Experience. We came to know about Ashok through my brother since he had helped him buy his new home and hence we decided to go with Ashok. He is very knowledgeable and experienced in all respects . Would definitely recommend him to my colleagues

Ashok is known for Patient, Knowledgeable, accommodating to our (changing) interest. There are agents help you to buy, sell homes to make your new venture, thats a fact, but very rarely people make you feel happy for every aspect of your buying and selling. Ashok truly that kind of a person and now he is our family friend. For all my questions, he provided expert advice and importantly he never pressured me. i trust him and refer anyone who asks.
