My wife and I feel incredibly lucky that we had Tony as our realtor. He was friendly and personable right from the start, and professional and knowledgeable throughout. He helped us to get into exactly the house we wanted, and made every step simple. He negotiated successfully for everything we wanted, and advised us perfectly on how to put in an offer that would win while not going over our budget. Tony was responsive, and always willing to explain everything so that we felt secure at every step. He also observed all of the proper protocols during this crazy time of the coronavirus. He helped us through all of the steps that needed to be taken virtually, and we always felt like safety was a priority when we met in person. I cannot recommend Tony highly enough. He was a masterful agent, and by the end of our transaction we really felt we had a friend through the whole process. We will definitely use his services again if we ever are in the market for a house again.
