We bought our first house with Tia and I couldn't have asked for a better realtor! Tia was so knowledgeable about the whole process and made a very stressful process feel so easy. We have a toddler and work full time but Tia was always able to see houses with us whenever something came up and we were available. She was super friendly and patient with us until we finally found the right house and got it. I'm sad I no longer get to see houses with Tia but I hope more people get the same experience.

Tia (Ratiya) was actually referred to me from a friend and went above and beyond during my home buying process. My fiancA(C) and I are both remote workers so we had a lot of flexibility with location (maybe too much) so we werent committed to purchasing in a specific area, just the right home that would meet both of our very different wants. We essentially viewed homes all over the Atlanta metro area and Tia showed up at every place with a smile and kind words. She never seemed annoyed or exasperated with any of our questions or viewing requests and always responded promptly. After the transaction closed there was an unfortunate incident with the seller mixing up the closing dates and workers showing up at the property. The business between Tia and I was finished, but she still answered the phone and lended assistance to my fiancA(C) and myself handling the matter and followed up a week later to make sure everything was remedied. 10/10 would absolutely recommend Tia.
