We worked with Maggie for the purchase of our current home and the sale of our condominium. From the moment we met Maggie she was always professional, friendly and knowledgable. Maggie is a priceless real estate agent. I dont know where to start to describe how thankful we are. Not only she is excellent at her job, but she also went far beyond our highest expectations. As first time owners and foreigners, we had no idea of the complexity of a house purchase. Maggie spent countless hours explaining what we needed to know and answered all of our questions, at any time of the day and night. I remember receiving answers at 11pm as well as 5am. I have never seen anyone so dedicated and willing to find us the perfect place at a fair price. We scheduled several house visits with her, each within our criteria and price range. She pointed out the pros, cons and potential issues to watch for each house, without ever pressuring us or urging us to make a decision. The house we liked had multiple offers, so Maggies advice were extremely helpful to get the house at the price we were comfortable with, yet making our offer the most attractive to the sellers. She was excellent at negotiating with the sellers agent on our behalf, and kept us promptly informed of any developments. Once the offer got accepted, Maggie attended the house inspection, found us some contractors to provide house repair estimates, and even got copies of all permits on the house to make sure all of them were closed prior to the sale. We had an amazing experience with her. She is such a fabulous person to deal with, and an example for all the professionals in this industry.
