Village Properties

On a whim one day, we decided to look at open houses in Santa Barbara. How fortunate we were that the realtor at one of them was Michelle King! We kept in touch, and once we decided to seriously pursue a move to Santa Barbara, Michelle was there to help us find and negotiate for a home that suited, to a tee, our style, needs and quirks. When it was time to sell, we did not hesitate to call Michelle to represent us. Even in a very challenging market, Michelle was able to help us find the perfect buyer who loved our home as much as we did. If youre looking for expertise, knowledge of the area, and marketing creativity when buying or selling your home, I heartily recommend Michelle King.

Michelle was outstanding in helping me with my transaction. Always reachable. Great knowledge of the Santa Barbara/Montecito markets. Worked with me 5 plus years before we found the right property. Easy to work with great follow-up. I would HIGHLY recommend using Michelle for any real estate transaction in the area.

We were moving from Colorado to the Santa Barbara area and feeling intimidated about many aspects of such a big move and change of lifestyle. Our agent in CO recommended Michelle and we are so glad she did! Michelle has been a total pleasure to work with and has gone above and beyond. She is incredibly responsive, on top of every detail. Plus, she is just a super cool, fun, lady to spend time with and tour homes. I love how she speaks truth and is always giving you the straight scoop, calling out all the details you might miss. No agendas or anything besides wanting to help you find the perfect home, no matter how long it takes. My husband and I HIGHLY recommend this gem of a realtor (and human being!:)

Michelle was a valuable resource throughout the entire process. I felt very confident in my ability to find and purchase just the right property with Michelles help. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a home in the Santa Barbara area.

Michelle King is a top notch real estate agent. Always responsive, very knowledgeable, and a true deal driver. It was true pleasure working with her and she got the best result for me as a seller.
