Ikeia was very professional! She was attentive to my needs as a first time homebuyer. I really appreciated her patience as she walked me through the home buying process every step of the way. Thank you so much for your help Ikeia! She definitely has a longtime client in me.

Really personable, friendly, knowledgeable and a great listener to our needs and concerns. Very professional and respectful of our needs. Great Realtor!

keia did an awesome job explaining the market and the best way to secure an acceptance for my offer. I've been in my home for almost 3 months and I love it. Thanks Ikeia!

Ms. Underwood was diligent with assisting me obtaining the proper paperwork, and patient with me through the buying process. I would definitely work with her again

Ikeia helped us with everything- from planning to purchase to planning to sell. Her expertise and attention to detail were extremely valuable. With my husband away for military duty, and both purchasing AND selling during the pandemic, I couldn't have done it without her.
