Victoria Torgersen Historic & Luxury Homes Ohio

Victoria was excellent and was sitting at homes immediately at the start of our search. She was able to find us an excellent home within just two weeks and even provided cleaning service after move-in and recommendations on contractors. Top brass!

Victoria was wonderful to work with for the sale of our old home and purchase of our new home. She is knowledgeable, very responsive, and works hard. We highly recommend her for your real estate needs!

Victoria Torgerson is the best realtor I have ever had. She was diligent and knows her real estate. She went above and beyond to help me sell my home. I would recommend her to anyone needing a realtor in the Butler county area. She called back every time I called her. She marketed my home online and in brochures. She knows the area very well. Understands fair market value and pricing. She is trust worthy, a staight shooter and will give you her best. She had many other clients, but I couldn't tell, she was always there for me, forany questions, decisions, I had. This is not a hobby for her, it is her passion and full time work. When I start house hunting, She is the only realtor I will use, period!

Victoria provided great knowledge on what a buyer wants. She showed us what market values differ frim property want nots. She got us in our ideal home. Not only was it it in our price range but also tip top shape for the actual property. Highly recommend her service!
