Vic's Picks Realty

Veronica was great. She was very patient and helpful as my parents needed some extra assistance throughout the process. She also kept me in the loop and always got right back to me. This was challenging as we had a three hour time difference. She went above and beyond as she went to my parents house numerous times to help them pack and help with maintenance issues. I would definitely recommend Vics Picks and Veronica.

My husband and I recently worked with Veronica and Vic for the sale of our home. It was really important to us that our realtor was someone who had a real pulse of all the ups and downs in the PSL real estate market. We also wanted someone who was reliable and flexible. I'm happy to say they exceeded those expectations. Something that gave us tremendous reassurance was the advice we received from Vic on our concerns of repairs/replacements before we placed our house on the market. His history in general contracting was so helpful to us. They were a great team and appreciated all of their advice during the sale of the house. The closing sale of our house was the easiest part. Would work with their team again!

I listed a condo for sale and reached out to a Realtor friend for assistance, but it didn't work out. I chose Vics Pick due to their excellent reputation, and that turned out to be the right choice. They acted swiftly, and I'm very pleased with their service. You should certainly think about them if you want to sell your property quickly.

Honest, market knowledge, always available, able to schedule around my needs. This was particularly important since I didnt live in the area. Vic and Veronica were a good team with Veronica handling scheduling, closing the deal and Vic doing the legwork. Vics contractor background was a plus in evaluation.

Veronica and Vic started out as neighbors and turned in to dear friends. When we decided to put our house on the market this year, as we were moving out of state, there was no hesitation, Vics Picks Realty was our go to realtor. Veronica provided us with the names of several moving companies, staged our house and was with us every step of the way. Vic and Veronica are the best realtors we have ever dealt with. If you are looking to buy or sell a house, look no further than Vics Picks Realty. True professionals and they will make your home buying or selling a relaxing experience. They are ten stars in our book.
