Venture Realty Co

Tyler is the best of the best. His professionalism, knowledge of all things real estate and overall kindness cannot be beat. He had my home sold in record speed and had us under contract on our dream home in no time at all. We effortlessly closed on both homes the same day, all 2 days before the holidays. Tyler guided us and fought for us the entire way. I never had to guess what the next step was or where things were. He kept us informed and made the best suggestions. Even when I felt the stress of two closings and a move before the holidays, he was there to talk me off the ledge. We knew we were in such good hands with him and that we had made the best choice having Tyler by our side. If we ever move again, he will 1000% be who we turn to. Thank you again, Tyler. We are loving our new home and owe it all to you for effortlessly jumping through the hoops and making it happen for our family. We are forever grateful for you!!

Tyler was amazing. He made the process as simple and stress free as possible. We recommend him to anyone who speaks about houses. He was truly very helpful during the entire process and was always phone call or text away.

Tyler was GREAT!! As a recently divorced, single mom, I was not only trying to sell my marital home but also buying my first home on my own and had NO idea what I was doing. Tyler was so patient with me, explaining everything in a way he made sure I understood exactly what was going on. The guidance and support he offered me far exceeded my expectations of the home selling/buying experience, and I honestly could not have gotten through this process without him. He was able to get me above asking with fantastic terms on my sale, then switched gears immediately and tediously searched for the perfect fresh start home my kids and I needed. I will forever be grateful to him for helping me start over.

Working with Tyler makes the buying and selling process a breeze! He is super knowledgeable in all things real estate. He will fight for you to get the best deal possible. He is responsive when you need him and provides you with all the information you need. I highly recommend him! You will not be disappointed !
