Vasiliou Realty

We have worked with George several times to purchase real estate and manage our properties. He is very driven and goes above and beyond what other agents are willing to do for the client. Wether a first time home buyer, or seasoned investor, George has the industry knowledge and contacts to make the closing process a breeze for the buyer and seller.

George was skilled, very responsive and knowledgeable. He also did lots of research that helped me out in my decisions. Wouldnt work with any other agent.

Will do business with AGAIN, in the future. George and his team made such a smooth transaction for me. I am a skeptical person by nature. Trust doesnt come easy from me. That said, after working with his team, I trust doing business with them in the future. 1.) The buying process was very smooth and swift. 2.) Hes handled my difficult tenants without having to bother me (which is what I seek).3.) Hes found top paying tenants. What I low-key appreciate about George, is his willingness to learn and obtain certifications to be a well-rounded realtor and businessman. I am a healthcare professional, so I know what it means to get certified to be a better professional. George and his team are honest, to the point, and forward-thinking. I'm looking for a long-term professional relationship with him and his team.

I had contacted George more than once, and finally he set up a time for Sunday evening to show a house for rent. As I did not get any confirmation from him as we got closer to the scheduled time, I contacted him. He responded that he had some health issues and needed to rescheduled, which is absolutely understandable. I wished him well and waited that he contacts me. As it didn't happen, I texted him a few days later, but he did not even send a short response. I am not sure if he really cares.

George is amazing! When we bought our house, he helped us negotiate with the seller regarding repairs that the property needed, he was so patient when our close date got pushed back a bit, and he went to bat for us when our lender was making up requirements that werent industry standard. He is very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to ensure that we were able to get everything taken care of, especially since things are a little wonky due to Covid. We will definitely work with him in the future if we have the opportunity and well also continue to recommend him to our friends and family. Thank you, George!
