We don't give 5 stars to just anyone. In the past 5 years we have had over 7 agents that helped us close on multiple properties. Tom is in the upper echelon of agents we have worked with. We found Tom through Zillow over a year ago as we were looking for an investment property. We finally found a few properties that were "good", but Tom worked with us to ensure they were "right". Finally 18 months later we found "the" property and Tome was with us every step of the way. When using an agent to buy or sell a home - you want responsiveness, patience, knowledge, and is collaborative. Tom is an exceptional agent, that is responsive (within the hour), understands the needs of the client (seller, buyer, investor), and works with the lending team harmoniously to ensure we had the best experience.
