Thomas has great knowledge of the areas north of San Francisco and the different micro-climates. He was always prompt in answering and returning phone calls and was generous with his time and advice. We met him through Zillow and requested his services outside of his area of focus (we were buying in Marin County, and he usually specializes in San Francisco), but he jumped in to help and established open dialogues with selling agents at homes we were interested in. My husband and I enjoyed working with Thomas and appreciated his transparency and humor. We cant speak to his negotiation skills as we did not enter into much negotiation, but we did close fast and smoothly (within 14 days) with his help and guidance, as well as the help of a great lender at Wells Fargo and a great title associate at Fidelity National Title. This was our first in-depth home buying experience, so we dont have much to compare to, but Thomas made this experience possible, effective, and fun.
