Vanguard Properties

We just finished selling a property in Healdsburg, CA through The Lucero Group and were extremely satisfied with Grace and her team. Buying or selling real estate is a complex transaction that requires agent expertise on multiple levels. We found that with Grace. Once listed, we accepted a winning offer in just 2 weeks. The Lucero Group is more than an agency, it operates like a sophisticated real estate practice with laser focus on each and every detail, from best-in-class inspections, professional marketing services, exacting client follow-up that collectively got us to the finish line in record time! Thank you!

"Third time working with Grace, and I think the best part about working with her is that I never worry about anything going wrong contractually or with small details because she is completely watching those for me. She takes a lot of stress out of the whole process I felt protected working with her."

It was a pleasure working with Grace and her team. She is very knowledgeable and professional. She effectively resolved issues we encountered and was able to negotiate a win-win solution for all parties involved. She is honest, experienced and efficient. We highly recommend her.

We cannot speak highly enough of Grace and Leslie - the best real estate team. Their professionalism, knowledge, honesty, integrity and hard work ethics are very much appreciated and respected. Grace knows the market extremely well and helped guide us on the timing of our listing and setting a price that would appeal to multiple buyers. The strategy worked above our expectations and our home attracted a lot of interest and ended up selling in only 10 days. We highly recommend engaging Grace whether selling or buying. No one knows the market and is as helpful and knowledgeable as Grace is!

Grace and team are the ONLY choice when navigating Healdsburg and Sonoma County real estate. She is on top of market conditions, has solid relationships with all of the other local agents, and is a ninja with communication and negotiations. She's helped us buy. She's helped us sell. Highly recommend.
