Vande Pol Realty

Richard did an outstanding job of managing all aspects of the sale process, from start to finish. I trusted his great advice, from determining a competitive purchase price for my home to suggesting the projects that were important to get the sale and what was not important. He managed all the repairs, and went above and beyond by even moving two tuff sheds that were blocking access. He is friendly, honest, and available to answer all questions. The Best!

Richard did an amazing job selling our home, I felt he priced the home right, marketed it effectively, got us a great offer the 1st day, plus backup offers when many homes were sitting. Plus he was able to get us a short term sale lease back since our home sold so fast, so we could finish renovations on the home we purchased. He was fun to work with and all of the workers he recommended were reasonable and did a great job. Would give him 10 stars out of 5 if I could.

We have worked with a few different real estate agents in the past, and Richard is top notch! Wont go anywhere else for our future needs! He is on the ball, looking for property before its on the market! He has a very broad knowledge base to help you through the entire process and a great set of handymen he can refer you to for any of your home needs with buying and selling a home! Couldnt have asked for a more helpful and knowledgeable agent!

Ive had the pleasure of working with Richard to both buy and sell homes, and I can confidently say he is exceptional. He is highly communicative, trustworthy, and consistently puts his clients best interests first. Throughout each process, he was incredibly helpful, patiently answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt informed every step of the way. Beyond his professionalism, hes genuinely kind and easy to work with. His knowledge of both in-town properties and country homes with land really sets him apart. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and reliable realtor.

Could not have asked for a better realtor! Made the entire process a breeze! Freindly, knowledgeable, and and very easy to work with. Defi will be returning when its time to sell and buy again in the future! Thank you Richard!
