Avenir GEDAREVICH

Avenir was great to work with. Even though we have not yet purchased, he reviews any properties we are interested in and has done that for 2 years now. We plan to buy with him, we are just looking for the right house.

Avenir did an incredible job helping us find the perfect home. He was quick to respond throughout the entire process, and his market expertise was invaluable. We found his knowledge of the local area to be helpful, and his advice seemed to be spot on. We would recommend Avenir to anybody looking to find a new home in Vancouver.

Avenir Gedarevich is very knowledgeable and very patient. He accommodatedus when we had tight schedule to see many properties in such limited time. He followed through with ALL our requests and responded to all our demands. Excellent personality, friendly and professional! Will use him on all new purchase!

Avenir is a great property manager. Clear and fast communication. Never failed to pick up a call. Got the property rented quickly to great tenants. I highly recommend Avenir if you're looking for property management services.

Great to work with, we put in a request late afternoon to look at a house, Avenir came thru same day so we could go and look at it. He has knowledge, skill and resources that helped us along while looking at the house and land.
