Valley Real Property at EXP

We interviewed 4 realtors before choosing a listing agent for our home and couldn't be more pleased with our decision to go with Amanda and her team. We moved out-of-state before our home went on the market, leaving everything in Amanda's capable hands, from repairs to marketing, staging our home, holding open houses, and troubleshooting any issues that arose. We had 2 solid offers, both over our asking price, after just 12 days on the market. Communication was always clear, punctual, and professional. Amanda negotiated the best deal for us while still remaining fair to our buyers. If you want the best, look no further!

Amanda did an excellent job from the beginning until the end. She did a great job assisting in getting the house prepared and staged so it had its best foot forward when listed. She did a good job in market research and setting an aggressive but fair price for the home. Her communication was fast and efficient. I would highly recommend Amanda and her team.

Amanda and her team were professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer our questions. She helped me secure my first home and made the home buying process smooth from start to finish. I would recommend her to my friends and will definitely contact her in the future when I buy another home

Just wanted to say that Amanda and her team were great. She took care of us and always gave us insight on properties that we had in mind. She consistently went above and beyond facilitating our inspection and face timing us to do the walkthrough of our property when we werent able to drive down. For reference we live in Los Angeles and bought our house in Fresno. Even after closing she took care of us by making sure we had all our paperwork in hand and her team made sure we had contact information for all our utility providers. Thanks again Amanda for making our home buying experience easier for us. We truly appreciate everything that you did.

Amanda and her team made selling my home a very pleasant and easy experience. She gave good advice, and managed the details of prepping the house for sale, since I was 3000 miles away.I am grateful for her help.
