Short-ish version: I consider Josh Randall to be almost a family friend now after my late father and I have both bought and sold houses with Josh as our realtor. Let this serve as both a glowing review of Josh as a realtor and as a character reference. Josh is a rare breed of realtor who will happily break his back working for you to make sure you get the right house or to sell your house quickly. I could post screenshots of Joshs text replies to my late-night questions about the house sale, sometimes as late as 1AM! I'm a disabled veteran with insomnia and Josh well... he's just a ridiculously hard worker who burns the midnight oil and crushes it as a realtor yet somehow still manages to balance it all and be an excellent family man to his lovely family whom we've met. Josh is extremely knowledgeable and gives great advice. If you want an honest realtor who genuinely cares, who will work hard for you and make himself available to you, going out of his way to get you the best deal, and walk you through the process with patience and kindness, all while having your best interests at heart, I very highly recommend Josh Randall. Long version and reference (you might say TLDR or you might realize a realtor is such an important decision and be grateful for the background because youre someone who does a lot of research and reads thorough reviews, taking all the background you can get): I met Josh at a neighborhood garage sale a decade or two ago now and since then he sold my dads house around 2016 and helped find my dad a new house. I bought a house in 2015 and I had to use a realtor that the bank recommended in order to get a credit of a few thousand dollars from my bank but it was not worth it and I regret going with their recommended realtor and if I could go back and miss out on the credit just to have Josh as my realtor I would have done it in a heartbeat. In 2020 I refinanced my home and Josh answered a bunch of questions for me and referred me to a broker who got me a rate and terms that were way better than anything else being offered to me. In 2025 my dad reached out to Josh Randall again as my dad was dying of terminal cancer and wanted to make sure he was leaving his house to me the right way. Josh gave us a referral to an accountant and gave us great advice on what to do regarding home transfer and the ins and outs of taxes when it came to my dads house. Joshs great advice that comes from his expansive knowledge base will again probably save me thousands when I go to sell my dads house. In 2026 I moved into my dads house and Josh Randall sold my house for me very shortly after posting it for sale and got us more than we expected. Meanwhile my neighbors near identical house directly across the street from mine is still for sale several months later. Ive recently decided to move out of state and I told Josh of my intentions. Josh asked where I was looking and he called realtors in the area and sort of screened them for me and found me the best one out there and that realtor found me my dream home which wasnt even on my radar. That wouldnt have happened without Josh so were very happy again. We will be selling my dads house soon and of course we will be Josh Randall will be our realtor because it would be absolutely crazy to not. A home purchase or sale is a huge deal. I highly recommend you not leave it to chance or roll the dice on a realtor; Instead make the wise choice of choosing Josh Randall as your realtor because he will take the best care of you & yours and will ensure you get the right house for you or will sell your house for the best price and much quicker than others.
