Upstate Curious at Compass

Hillary was fantastic in helping us purchase our land! We were relatively new to the process, but she was incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the entire experience. She made the process feel much less overwhelming and was always there to answer our questions. The property search portal she uses was also incredibly helpful and, honestly, almost worth using her services for alone! Wed definitely recommend Hillary to anyone looking to buy land or a home.

Kate did a great job helping me find me find a home and working through a competitive process. Would highly recommend working with her in the Hudson Valley/Catskills.

Kate was incredible to work with. We had a tricky property to sell, and she worked very hard to move it across the line. She was very helpful in explaining the process, staying on top of the attorneys and seller, and getting things closed. 10/10 would recommend again!

We worked with Hillary and the Upstate Curious team on the sale of our home in Fleischmanns, and I couldnt recommend her more highly. From the beginning, Hillary was knowledgeable, responsive, straightforward, and always willing to go the extra mile to keep the process moving. Selling a home can come with plenty of moving pieces, and Hillary was there throughout the entire process, from pricing and marketing through inspections, appraisal, negotiations, and ultimately closing. She communicated constantly, stayed on top of everyone involved, and was always available when I had a question or needed something handled. What stood out most was how invested she was in getting the deal across the finish line. She wasnt just there to list the house; she remained engaged all the way through closing and consistently advocated for us when something needed attention. We had a great experience working with Hillary and would absolutely work with her and Upstate Curious again for our next Catskills purchase or sale. Highly recommended.

Hillary was a pleasure to work with. She listened to all our requirements and made sure that all the boxes were checked. Went above and beyond what an agents responsibilities are. Highly recommend to anyone looking to purchase or sell
