I can not express how thankful I am that Heather was our realtor. She is personable, organized, professional, and VERY good at her job. Heather was absolutely wonderful in helping us buy our first home. It is a big and scary commitment and Heather guided us through the entire process. She provided us with a first time homebuyers class to give us an overview of what we should expect from the process. She connected us with an amazing Loan Officer who she worked with as a team to provide us the best experience.Heather was very responsive and very on top of answering our questions and providing us accurate information. She created a list of home options we would be interested in based on our preferences. Scheduling a day to see these homes was easy and convenient. We found a home we loved on our first day of attending open houses. She quickly researched the home and contacted the selling realtor. We put an offer in 2 days later. She provided us all the information we needed to extend a an offer that was fair to the seller, as well as ourselves. In the end, OUR FIRST EVER OFFER WAS ACCEPTED! My husband and I couldn't believe it after all the horror stories we had heard from others about multiple offers being declined. We closed in 18 days and are now happily settled in our first home.Heather's help did not end after we signed our closing documents. She has continually reached out to ensure we are happy in our new home and has helped us with a few hiccups we have encountered along the way.She made our first time home buying experience incredible. We encountered road blocks, but Heather dealt with them professionally and ensured they were taken care of properly so we didn't have to stress. Heather was and still is amazing to work with. Even though we closed on our homes a month ago, she still touches base with us to make sure everything is going well with the home. When comparing working with her versus previous realtors, I am not too sure I would work with anyone else. She is very well organized and transparent when it comes to what the process is and what is expected. Those with whom she works with are also very well organized. My husband was a first-time home buyer but Heather and her team were so helpful in explaining the process to him and being patient with any questions he might have had. When we first touched base with Heather we were not planning on selling a buying for another 6-9 months. Then we found a home we loved. She went into action asking the realtor any questions we had, setting up the tour. We had to cancel our initial tour due to a very upset 5 month old. heather was very supportive and understanding to issues we had come up due to our daughter being sick or not in the best mood. The first offer we put in was accepted. We had our condo on the market about 4 days after our offer on the home was accepted and we got 6 offers on the condo within the first 2 days. Heather was excellent with explaining the different offers and how we can request changes to fit what we wanted and needed for our situation. We got well above asking and above appraisal for the condo. She worked with the other realtors well and ensured that everything went smoothly. She is very personable, helpful, very well organized, professional and truly cares about you and making sure you get the home you want and the most money on your sale.
