Charles Auguste is awesome. I will rate her as being highly professional and patient. She did such a good job of selling my previous home in San Antonio TX, that I had her help me in purchasing my new home in Kingswood Texas. She accompanied me and my daughter and helped in selecting my wonderful new home. She also advised me on movers. In closing, if I had to do it again , Id do it sooner.

Charlet was incredible! The day I met her she came with a full report on what she had to offer, and it was impressive. From that day till the closing of the home I was selling Charlet was very responsive to all questions. She has demonstrated excellent negotiating skills, they folks that bought it were rather intense with requests. Each time, she would explain in detail what they were saying and help us with proceeding. I will highly recommend her to anyone that asks or that I hear are interested in buying or selling. As a matter of fact, when the time comes for me to purchase another home, she is who I am calling.

Charlet did an outstanding job communicating with the sellers, negotiating my best interests, and keeping me up to date on every question I ask. She was quick to send resources when I asked (even resending items she sent before) and having excellent time management skills to show houses at a moments notice.
