Working with Saher Rafiq to buy our new Townhouse was an incredible experience. From our very first meeting, she was professional, highly knowledgeable about the local market, and incredibly attentive to our needs. She guided us seamlessly through every stage of the buying process, from scheduling prompt viewings to handling the complex closing paperwork. What impressed us most was her negotiation skills--she truly advocated for us and helped us secure our home smoothly. She always answered our questions quickly and kept us calm during a normally stressful process. We love our new home and highly recommend Saher Rafiq to anyone looking to buy a house!

We are delighted with the advice and help that Saher gave us for selling our Condo. She was knowledgeable, responsive and professional in all of her dealings with us. We would love to work with her again and highly recommend Ms Saher Rafiq.
