When it came time for me to retire and move to The Villages from Apopka, FL, I sought out Chris to help us out. It really was not a good time to sell, but was a good time to buy being in the late summer/early fall. Even though it was over an hour drive for Chris to The Villages, he was there to help my wife and I look through 20+ homes and 3 offers that we made. On top of that dedication to helping us find our new home, Chris was instrumental in finding us financing and home inspection experts. The financing was made even more challenging as we had no longer had any full time job income, but plenty of funds locked up in our IRA retirement savings. But, through his connections we were able to get it done! Not only did Chris help with finding our new home, he also helped sell our former residence. Chris gave us excellent advice on what we should fix, what to leave alone, and how to properly price our home for maximum market appeal. Chris was also excellent at working with the Buyers Agent looking out for our best interests and sweeting the deal for the Buyer. Since we had our new home under contract, we were a little under pressure to sell our former home, but had a backup financial plan if needed. Despite the less than perfect time to sell, Chris had our Apopka home under contract after only 8 showings in a matter of days after putting in on the market. Now, one would think we under priced the home being that it was under contract so quickly, but we were very close to the appraisal that came in. We were definitely impressed with those results. We cant speak highly enough for the results, commitment, knowledge, connections, and professionalism Chris demonstrated. Chris was stead fast and patient with us, he showed us over 30 homes before we found one that met with both mine and the wife's approval. He gave good advice on our offer allowing us to beat out several other offers. Best of all he listened to what we wanted and what we did not want and he stayed in our area and price zone.
