Hes God sent !!

I will never use any other realtor but Chris! He made a very stressful time in my life a lot easier by providing experienced insight into the market and real logistical support during the sale of my home. He was with me literally every step of the way and explained everything that was happening. He staged my house and gave me practical advice on how to fix a few things in my home to look better for buyers. He gave me options when it came time to negotiate and talked through scenarios with me. He had my best interest in his mind. You wont find anyone else who is as thorough and supportive as Chris Schiffermiller.

We had an amazing experience working with Chris. His deep knowledge of the market and excellent communication skills made the entire process smooth and stress-free. We highly recommend his services to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Chris did an awesome job helping me buy and sell my home. He is very professional and thorough and really went above and beyond in every aspect! I highly recommend him.
