I'm so glad we found Angie! She helped us buy undeveloped land on Tims Ford Lake, which would have be very difficult without her help. She knows her stuff! What things to consider when considering a land purchase, who to call to get answers, and how to interpret the information obtained from other experts. For example, since close comparable property sales were limited she advised us to get a formal appraisal, gave us 3 recommendations for appraisers, advised on how to interview the appraiser, and then used that appraisal report to negotiate a much lower price. This paid for itself many times over. Her communications were outstanding! She makes you feel like you are her only priority. I highly recommend her for anybody buying real estate in Middle Tennessee.
