Ann is the ultimate Professional with a heart she looks out for her clients and takes great pains in making sure things are done properly. she is also a great Christian woman. with strong morals.

Handled things well.

I never rented a house throw Ann king company.people that rent houses from Ann king only had good things to say about her and there experience with Mrs king. I hope I will be the next one.because me and my husband is looking to rent the house on 2113 Damon Dr from Mrs Ann king.

My experience with Anne King and Tammy Jackson has been a nightmare they do nothing but lie to you and deceive you and ultimately you'll end up not being able to afford the home you agree to purchase. They will lie to you about your taxes about the value of the property about your homeowners insurance and they will send you to Timothy Grainger at Alcova mortgage who will lie to you even more

Ann was terrific! Her knowledge, experience, and good humor guided me through the emotional roller coaster ride of selling my home.
