Sonia Melendez went above and beyond to help me get my home. She is very knowledge and wise in the real estate market. It wasn't just a sell for her, she gave me amazing advise not just as a first time home owner, but on actually being a home owner and what to expect. She communicated with me every step of the way and explained everything I did not understand. She was very quick to respond any of my questions I had and her negotiation skills made me feel like she had my best interests at heart.
