United Real Estate

Assal is genuinely a great realtor and someone we trust. When he helped us find our home, he really took the time to understand our family, our lifestyle, where we worked and how far we wanted to drive, the things we like to do, and the type of home we were looking for. We wanted something modern and open concept, and he did a great job finding homes that checked those boxes and even some things we hadn't thought about. One thing I really appreciated about Assal is that when we loved a house, he didn't just let us get excited and blindly walk into making an offer. He would walk the home with us, look at things carefully and point out things that concerned him or could potentially cost us a lot of money and stress later. There were definitely times he saved us from some potential headaches. I never felt like he was trying to get us into the most expensive house or just trying to close a deal. He genuinely wanted us to find the right home for our family. He treats us like family and we honestly think he's one of the best realtors in Dallas. We've recommended Assal to our own family as well, and he's taken great care of them too.

Assal was an incredible realtor to work with. He was attentive, responsive, professional, and really understood what I was looking for. He explained the process thoroughly and was there every step of the way. I would highly recommend working with Assal for any real estate purchases you need. He will be my first call for the next home I look to purchase. Hes knowledgeable in all areas including commercial, rental, new builds, and more!

We had an amazing experience working with our realtor. He truly went above and beyond to help us sell our home. From start to finish, everything was handled with professionalism, dedication, and attention to detail. He not only exceeded all our expectations but also secured the best price we could have asked for. The entire process was smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!
