United Country/Southern Tennessee Realty

Tommy is very knowledgeable about the ins and outs about his job. He was extremely helpful with any questions I had, no matter the time of day. And if I wasn't able to get in contact with him he would get back in contact with me in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Tommy to anyone looking for a place to live. Not only is he a great Realtor but he is a new friend as well.

Tommy was friendly, courteous and professional. He was excellent in explaining how the process worked and answered any questions that we had. He kept us updated on what was happening and was always well prepared.

Our process of buy our home took a long time ( on the other end of selling our home out of state) Tommy did a great job keeping us posted and being very patient with us. Tommy is so kind and helpful in all areas. We can not say enough good things about him. He is like family!

We could not have picked a better agent to handle our sale. Throughout the process, he helped us work out any issues that came up so we were able to close on time. He always responded to our questions quickly. No one knows the area better than Tommy and he was able to put together a listing that showed our place at its best. Our buyers saw the ad while stationed in Germany and said this property stood out above the rest in the area. He was able to negotiate a good price and the closing went well because of his efforts. We started out with a real estate agent and ended up making a new friend. We highly recommend Tommy Johnson.

Tommy helped us by the home that we are in now. He helped negotiate the price that we wanted to give and that's what we paid for it. One year later he helped us to sell our old property and we got the price we were asking for it. Tommy is a competent and well-mannered real estate agent who knows his stuff. I would highly recommend him to anyone for their real estate needs!
